State and Federal Requirements:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

Active Washington OT license issued by the Washington State Department of Health

Completion of state and federal background checks

Additional district-mandated clearances such as fingerprinting and TB testing
Job Description/Duties:

Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

Support student success by fostering fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills
